2, water selection
Water quality: It is better to use water, well water, mineral water and pure water for tea.
Water temperature: The water temperature should be high, generally brewed with 100 degrees boiling water;

Tea ratio: high-grade brick tea and Sanjian tea-to-water ratio is about 1:30, and coarse old brick tea is about 1:20.
3, brewing method:

Anhua dark tea basically has no shelf life, quality will continue to improve over time, and there are no harsh requirements for storage, but storage still needs to pay attention to three conditions:
1 keep in shade and avoid sun exposure: The sun will cause the dark tea to oxidize rapidly, producing some unpleasant chemical ingredients and taste.
2 ventilation should not be closed: ventilation helps dark tea absorb the moisture in the air for natural oxidation (fermentation), improve the quality of dark tea. Never use a plastic bag to seal. Also avoid mildew caused by wet conditions.
3 open and avoid odor: tea has a strong odor absorption, can not be mixed with odorous substances, suitable for open and ventilated environment.
